Return & Refund Policy

Eligibility
We accept returns for defective, damaged, or incorrect items within 30 days of delivery. To qualify, the item must be unused and in its original packaging.

Process

1. Contact our support team at support@bezzman.com with your order number, photos, and a description of the issue.

2. Wait for return authorization before sending the item back.

3. Once we receive and inspect the return, we will issue a refund or replacement.

Refund Method
Refunds are processed via the original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval.

Non-Refundable Situations

- Buyer’s change of mind after the product is shipped.

- Delays caused by customs or postal services beyond our control.
